Some advice? Climb anyway and climb slightly easier stuff! :) I love that sore-arm feeling. Some day the arms won't feel sore anymore, then climbing becomes more cardio and core workout instead. That takes a while though...
Oh yeah enjoy that protein meal! Mmmm steak :D There is something deeply gratifying about eating a meal and knowing that the food is just what the body needs.
